Karen Austin is the Founder and CEO of Caring Hands of South Florida, a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring dignity and stability to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. With a deep passion for service and a heart rooted in faith, Karen has turned her vision into a movement—offering hygiene kits, food, housing connections, and second chances to those in need. Her leadership is driven by compassion, community, and a steadfast belief that everyone deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered.
